Easy Bacon-Egg Cups

These Bacon-Egg cups are my go to breakfast for a crowd. Quickly whip up the best parts of breakfast: eggs, bacon, and toast for the whole family in less than 30 min!

  • 12 slices bread
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half
  • 12 eggs
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Cut 6 pieces of bacon in half and fry bacon till its not completely done and is still bendable; set aside.

  3. spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

  4. With a rolling pin, gently roll 12 slices of bread so it spreads out a bit.

  5. Press the rim of a glass on the bread and take away the crust, leaving a circle.

  6. Place circles in all the muffin tins. If making 6 muffins leave a space in-between each muffin. Spray bread with cooking spray.

  7. Cross two bacon halves and place on top of bread.

  8. Crack egg on top of bacon.

  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Place egg cups in a preheated oven. Cook for 15 minutes. If still wobbly set inside for 2 minutes more, watching to make sure they don't over cook. For a hard egg cook for 25 minutes.
