Easy Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Bars

My super Easy Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Bars only have a few simple ingredients, that create a wonderful healthy breakfast to start your morning off right. They are so good you'll want them for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh berries I used black raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola I used store bought, but you could use homemade

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the first 3 ingredients.

  2. Pour yogurt mixture into your granola bar pan. If you don't have this pan you can place parchment paper in a 9x13 inch pan and pour the yogurt mixture evenly in the pan.

  3. Sprinkle the yogurt with berries, followed by granola.

  4. Freeze for 2 hours, or until completely frozen.

  5. Remove from freezer, and pop out of pan. If using a 9x13 inch pan pull up on parchment paper and cut into rectangles with a sharp knife.

  6. serve immediately and enjoy, or refreeze up to 2 weeks.
